Maintenance Protocol
After Every Batch
Drain the excess starch water immediately. Wipe the inner vessel with a soft sponge to prevent starch buildup which can cause hot spots in the next batch.
Monthly Service
Check the tilting gear for smooth movement and lubricate if necessary. Inspect the burner pilot assembly and gas line for integrity.
